Order Processing Time
All orders placed on www.realrealmllc.com are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Origin
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse located in Florida and Texas, United States. We currently ship to all 50 US states and the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via major US carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier used for your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your shipment. Carrier selection is at the discretion of Real Realm LLC to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order ships, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Continental US (48 states): 3-7 business days after shipment
- Alaska and Hawaii: 7-14 business days after shipment
Please note these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, or other factors outside our control. Real Realm LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $5,000.00 (USD). Orders below this threshold may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package directly with the carrier. If you have an account on our website, you can also view your order status and tracking information by logging in to My Account.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Real Realm LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@realrealmllc.com. We will do our best to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in processing.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@realrealmllc.com. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed, and we will initiate a carrier investigation.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders may have different shipping timelines and freight arrangements depending on order volume. Large wholesale orders may be shipped via freight carrier with separate terms. Wholesale customers will be notified of shipping details at the time of order confirmation.
